Ingredients

- 6 cups (1.4 L) shaved or crushed ice
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water, warmed until dissolved)
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh lime juice
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced, approx. 8 oz (225 g)
- 1 cup (150 g) diced pineapple
- 1 cup (150 g) diced papaya
- 1 banana, sliced, approx. 4 oz (115 g)
- 1 cup (150 g) strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) granadilla pulp (passionfruit) or passionfruit juice
- 1/4 cup (60 g) shredded coconut, toasted
- 1/2 cup (50 g) crushed sweet cookies or wafer crumbs
- 4 scoops (about 8 oz / 225 g) vanilla ice cream (optional)
- 1/4 cup (60 g) arequipe or dulce de leche (optional, for drizzling)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (no measurement required)

Instructions

1. Combine the diced mango, pineapple, papaya, banana, and strawberries in a bowl; add the simple syrup, lime juice, and granadilla pulp, toss gently, and let macerate 10–15 minutes so the fruit releases juices.
2. Fill four tall glasses halfway with shaved ice, spoon a generous layer of the macerated fruit and some of its juices over the ice, drizzle with condensed milk and a little arequipe if using, add another layer of ice and fruit, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired, sprinkle toasted coconut and crushed cookies, garnish with mint, and serve immediately.
