1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 2. Grill salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until salmon is easily flaked with a fork. 3. In a bowl, mix sour cream, lemon juice, dill, and Dijon mustard to make the dill sauce. 4.
