Ingredients

- 2 top sirloin steaks, approx. 10 oz (285 g) each
- 2 lobster tails, approx. 7 oz (200 g) each
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp (8 g) kosher salt
- 1 tsp (4 g) freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tbsp (56 g) unsalted butter
- 1 clove (approx. 3 g) garlic, smashed
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp (2 g) finely chopped fresh thyme

Instructions

1. Combine 2 tbsp olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; brush over steaks and let marinate 20 minutes at room temperature.
2. Preheat broiler to high and oven rack 6–8 inches from heat. Prepare lobster tails by slicing the top shell and lifting meat up to rest on shell; brush with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil.
3. Heat a grill or grill pan to high; sear steaks 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare depending on thickness, then transfer to a plate to rest 5–7 minutes.
4. Place lobster tails under broiler and cook 6–9 minutes until opaque, turning once if needed.
5. In a small skillet, melt butter with smashed garlic over medium heat and cook until butter browns lightly, remove garlic, stir in lemon juice and thyme.
6. Serve steaks and lobster tails topped with browned lemon-thyme butter.
